This group is designed for school-based school psychologists to provide information about their current contract language, role definition, and typical responsibilities. Discussions may center around salary schedules (e.g. teacher or admin contract), caseload limits, involvement in 504 plans, interventions, leave coverage, working conditions, etc. The purpose is to provide easily-accessible information to OSPA members for use in advocating for implementation of the NASP Practice Model and negotiating appropriate compensation for school-based practitioners.
