The House on April 9 passed the state operating budget, HB 96. The bill did not include an increase to the school psychology intern funding, for which OSPA has been advocating. Executive Director Rachel Chilton was among OSPA members who testified seeking an increase to this fund. What follows are notable education provisions in the bill.
